This short course offers six (6) hours of training that can be delivered in a flexible manner, offering a sound introduction to Choice Theory and the opportunity for participants to learn concepts that they can immediately put into practice.
Take Charge of Your Life focuses on understanding why we do the things that we do; how to make choices that bring us closer to the people who are important to us and also to the things we most yearn for in our lives.
